BUSINESS VISA (9A)

Indian nationals may be granted visa-free entry into the country in any port of entry for an initial authorized stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days, provided they possess the following:         

1.) Either a valid (used or unused) American (US), Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, United Kingdom, or Singaporean multiple-entry visa or permanent residence permit.              

2.) An Indian passport valid at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure from the Philippines;     

3.) Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination    

4.) No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

Passports *Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay in the Philippines.
* Photocopy of the data and amendment pages of the applicant's passport.
* Original old passport booklets if any
Photographs * Two photograph size 2 x 2 inches taken no more than 6 months ago. Scanned photos are not acceptable

* Letter of invitation from the reference person or company in the Philippines
* Official letter from company where employed mentioning applicant's travel to the Philippines, expected the duration of stay and number of entries applied for (single entry/ multiple entries valid for 6 months or 1 year )
*Copy of Credit cards and/or travelers' checks or foreign exchange endorsement of the passport
Supporting Credentials Businessmen:
* Proprietorship certificate / Certificate of Registration / Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association / PartnershipDeed / PAN Card 
* NOC from other partners or Directors in case of the partnership 
*Copy of Personal Assessment Number (PAN) Card
Employees:
* Leave sanction letter from the company (from the Government body in case of Government employees / public servants)
* Last 3 months Salary Statements (only for Private firms)

Students:
Leave sanction letter from the educational institution (for travel during working days)

Newly Wed / Honeymooners (if the spouse's name is not endorsed in their passports):

Children traveling and unaccompanied by both the parents / either parent
* A  NOC  from both of the parents mentioning whether they are accompanying or not accompanying on the travel. 
* Passport copies/copy of both / either of the parents
*In case parents don't have passports, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.
Travelers unaccompanied by spouses/partners
* A NOC letter from the unaccompanied spouse 
* Passport copy of the unaccompanied spouse. If not a passport holder, any Govt ID Proof mentioning spouse name can be submitted. 
Visa Fees * Visa Fee (Single Entry Valid for Three Months): INR 2,840
* Visa Fee (Multiple Entry Valid for Six months): INR 5,680 | Visa Fee (Multiple Entry Valid for 1 year): INR 8520

Visa validity *Visa is valid for 90 days and is issued for a stay of up to 30 days

Transit Visa

TRANSIT VISA (Must be traveling from one country to another via the Philippines. Transit period is limited to 72 hours.) (9B)

Authority to issue student visa has to be received by the Philippine Embassy from the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs before a student visa can be issued. Personal appearance may be required when applying for a student visa.

* Police Clearance from the country of origin or place of legal residence
*Sponsorship/endorsement letter from the religious organization in the country of origin
*Guarantee letter from the inviting entity in the Philippines stating that it will be responsible for the welfare acts and movement of the visa applicant during his/her stay in the Philippines and it guarantees that the visa applicant will not be a public charge to the Philippine Government
*Certificate of accreditation of sending a religious organization
* Hotel Vouchers or other accommodation proof. (if applicable) 
*Copy of Credit cards and/or travelers' checks or foreign exchange endorsement of the passport
Supporting Credentials Businessmen:
* Proprietorship certificate / Certificate of Registration / Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association / Partnership Deed / PAN Card 
* NOC from other partners or Directors in case of the partnership 
*Copy of Personal Assessment Number (PAN) Card
Employees:
* Leave sanction letter from the company (from the Government body in case of Government employees / public servants)
* Last 3 months Salary Statements (only for Private firms)
* Company ID card (optional)
* Retirement Certificate or Letter / Copy of Pension Book (for retired employees)
* Pension statements for the last three months;
Students:
Leave sanction letter from the educational institution (for travel during working days)
Bonafide Certificate from the educational institution (for travel during vacations)
* School/ College ID card (optional)
Newly Wed / Honeymooners (if the spouse's name is not endorsed in their passports):
* Marriage Certificate (Original)
* Wedding Invitation card / Photographs (in case the marriage certificate is not ready)
Children traveling and unaccompanied by both the parents / either parent
* A  NOC  from both of the parents mentioning whether they are accompanying or not accompanying on the travel. 
* Passport copies/copy of both / either of the parents
*In case parents don't have passports, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.
Travellers unaccompanied by spouses/partners
* A NOC letter from the unaccompanied spouse 
* Passport copy of the unaccompanied spouse. If not a passport holder, any Govt ID Proof mentioning spouse name can be submitted. 
Visa Fees * Visa Fee (Single Entry Valid for Three Months): INR 2,840
* Visa Fee (Multiple Entry Valid for Six months): INR 5,680 | Visa Fee (Multiple Entry Valid for 1 year): INR 8520
* BPVS Service Charges and GST would be additional to the mentioned Visa Fee

Diplomatic Visa

Documents Particulars
Passports *Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay in the Philippines.
* Photocopy of the data and amendment pages of the applicant's passport.
* Original old passport booklets if any
Photographs * Two photograph size 2 x 2 inches taken no more than 6 months ago. Scanned photos are not acceptable
Visa Forms *Visa application form fully and legibly completed in English by the applicant
Covering Letter * A covering letter per individual / family/ company addressed to The Visa officer, Consulate General of Philippines
* The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates. Covering letter should  state the purpose of visit and day to day details
* Covering Letter can be on a plain paper for individuals and on the company letterhead for officials / sponsored applicants
Bank Statements * Original Bank statements for the last 6 months stamped and signed by bank officer and showing contact details of the bank. 
*Balance Confirmation Certificate from Bank on Bank letterhead with sign and seal from the bank.
* Bank statements should be of relevant and active accounts which shows the proof of funds and income
* Bank statements should be of a closing date closer to the date of visa application (A4 size preferred)
IT Returns *Latest 3 years  Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V  (Saral) of individuals and the company
Itinerary / Air tickets * Return airtckets showing confirmed Flight details.  
Visa Fees * Visa Fees are waived off for Diplomatic Passport holders 
* BPVS Service Charges and GST would be additional to the mentioned Visa Fee
