Business Visa

Documents Particulars
Passports * The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
*Copy of Passport Data-Page
Photographs * Two passport-size photographs
Visa Forms *Online visa application forms (available at https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/pages/welcome).
* Signatures for children (below 18 years) to have both parents's signatures along
Covering Letter * A covering letter from the Applicant addressing  The Visa Officer, Nigerian High Commission 
* The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates
* Covering Letter can be on a plain paper for individuals and on the company letterhead for officials / sponsored applicants
Bank Statements * Original 6 months personal and company's bank statements with the seal and signature from the bank  and showing the applicant's name and address. The bank statement must have a minimum of $1000 in credit, overdrafts are not included.
* Bank statements should be of a closing date closer to the date of visa application (A4 size preferred)
Itinerary / Air tickets * A copy of a paid flight Ticket showing both entering and leaving Nigeria.
Purpose of Travel / Accommodation * A letter of invitation from Host Company in Nigeria. This must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission New Delhi. It must be on letter headed paper stating the address of the company, The reason for the visit must be stated and accepting full immigration and financial responsibility on behalf of the applicant duration his/her stay.
*Photocopy of inviter’s international passport data page.
*A letter from your employer, this must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission New Delhi. It must be on letter headed paper stating the address of the company, Reason for the visit must be stated, and The letter must be signed and dated by a senior member of staff at the company. This cannot be signed by the applicant.
*Certificate of Incorporation of the Host Company in Nigeria.
* Copies of confirmed hotel, guest house or motel booking with the name of the applicants showing.
*A valid Polio (OPV) Certificate is required. The dose of OPV should be taken at least four weeks prior to the departure from India.
*Yellow Fever Certificate (in original). 
* Applicants must come for Biometric Enrollment with appointment at O. I. S. Offices either in Mumbai or New Delhi. 
Visa Fees *Visa fee (single Entry) : USD 253 | OIS Service Fee : 7100/-
* BPVS Service Charges and GST would be additional to the mentioned Visa Fee
Estimated processing time * Upto 7 working days
Visa validity * Visa is valid for 90 days and it is issued for a maximum stay of 30 days

Tourist Visa

* The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates
* Covering Letter can be on a plain paper for individuals and on the company letterhead for officials / sponsored applicants
