Business Visa

Documents Particulars
Passports * Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages.

Visa Forms *Duly filled visa forms by the applicants with signatures
* Signatures for children (below 18 years) to have both parents' signatures along
* Completed supplementary information sheet.
Covering Letter * A covering letter per individual/family/ company addressed to The Visa officer, New Zealand High Commission
* The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates
* Covering Letter has to be on the company letterhead for officials / sponsored applicants
Bank Statements * Original 6 months personal and company's bank statements with the seal and signature from the bank
* Bank statements should be of relevant and active accounts which shows the proof of funds and income and should show evidence of funds of at least NZ$1,000 per month for maintenance and accommodation, or NZ$400 per month if your accommodation has been prepaid.
* Bank statements should be of a closing date closer to the date of visa application (A4 size preferred)

IT Returns * Latest 3 years  Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V  (Saral) of individuals and the company
Itinerary / Air tickets * Return air tickets with all internal flight (if available).
Purpose of Travel / Accommodation * Original Introduction letter from the employer on a business letterhead signed & stamped by HR or directorate mentioning your position, duration of your service, the dates, and purpose of the trip and if your expenses are being covered by the employer/company. This letter must include the full name of the company, company contact, address, telephone and fax number.
*Invitation letter mentioning the company name, the full name of the inviter, title, business address, email, website address, telephone, and fax numbers. The letter must include a brief summary of the reasons for the invitation including details of the business activities, duration of the trip, the statement specifying who will be responsible for all expenses related to the trip.
*If you are attending a trade show or other business conference:- A letter from the conference organizer confirming your registration.
Supporting Credentials Businessmen:
* Proprietorship certificate / Certificate of Registration / Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association / Partnership Deed / PAN Card 
* NOC from other partners or Directors in case of the partnership 
Employees:
* Leave sanction letter from the company (from the Government body in case of Government employees / public servants)
* Last 3 months Salary Statements (only for Private firms)
* Company ID card (optional)
* Retirement Certificate or Letter / Copy of Pension Book (for retired employees)
* Pension statements for the last three months;
Students:
Leave sanction letter from the educational institution (for travel during working days)
Bonafide Certificate from the educational institution (for travel during vacations)

Transit Visa

Indian Nationals need to apply for a transit visa if traveling between New Zealand and the Cook Islands, Fiji, New Caledonia, Solomon Island, Tahiti, Tonga, Vanuatu and Western Samoa, for less than 24 hours and will not leave the transit area of the airport. If travelers wish to leave the transit area of the airport or remain longer than a 24 hour period, they should apply for a Visitor visa.

* For Group Visas: A Letter from the Tour Organiser with a comprehensive list of the Passengers names and passport details is required and a detailed itinerary of the Group.
* Hotel vouchers
*If you are intending to stay in New Zealand for more than 6 months, an eMedical Chest X-Ray Certificate issued by one of the appointed panel physicians
*If you are intending to stay in New Zealand for more than 12 months, a complete eMedical and Chest X-Ray Certificate issued by one of the appointed panel physicians

* A Letter from the Shipping Agent in New Zealand should be faxed directly to the Embassy stating the particulars of the Seamen, and the date and port of their joining the Ship.
* Evidence of employment and evidence of previous travel if any.

*A No-Objection-Certificate from the National Distribution Union of New Zealand or the Actor's Equity in New Zealand or the Technicians Guild is required.
* The Certificate should state the Names and occupation of all the group members.
* A Letter of Clearance from the Reserve Bank of India for the funds to be taken abroad for the filming.
* A Certificate from a reputed film laboratory is required, stating the number of rolls of negatives required or held for that particular film is required.
* If the Company is on its first overseas visit, evidence of their past Production is also required.
