1. Passport copy (First and Last page)
2. Digital Photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background, 80% face coverage)
3. Hotel Vouchers
4. Air Tickets
5. Birth Certificate / Parents' NOC (For Minors)
** BPVS Service Charges and GST would be added to the Visa Fee
** Validity of the Visa lies at the Embassy's / Consulate's discretion.
** BPVS at no stage guarantees the outcome of any visa application. The decisions on the Visa applications would be at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy / Consulate / High Commission.
