E-visa requirements

Passports | * The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application of visa |
* Original old passport booklets if any | |
Photographs | * Digital photo with white background and 70-80% face coverage |
Covering Letter | * A covering letter per individual/family/ company addressed to The Visa Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. |
* The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates | |
* Covering Letter can be on a plain paper for individuals and on the company letterhead for officials / sponsored applicants | |
Bank Statements | * Original 6 months personal and company's bank statements |
* Bank statements should be of relevant and active accounts which shows the proof of funds and income | |
* Bank statements should be of a closing date closer to the date of visa application (A4 size preferred) | |
Itinerary / Air tickets | * Return air tickets with all internal flight/train tickets if any |
* Day wise itinerary of the tour | |
Purpose of Travel / Accommodation | * Letter of invitation from a legal person registered in Ukraine, presented on the official letterhead, containing indication of the number assigned in the Unified State Registry of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens’ associations, registration number, date and signature, full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, legal person’s obligations towards possible costs related to the invited person’s stay or departure from Ukraine. |
*Letter of invitation from a government body, government institution, state enterprise or government organization. | |
*The invitation shall be appended by copies of a hosting person’s passport and temporary or permanent residency permit in Ukraine (for a foreigner or stateless person). | |
* Registration copy of the Ukrainian Company | |
* If the Applicant is holding a blank passport than urgent visa cannot be processed by the Embassy. To apply for the urgent visa it is recommended that Applicant should had traveled to countries like Schengen, USA, Australia, Uk, Canada etc. | |
* For Minors: A copy of full Birth Certificate (contains information about parents) and copies of passports of the applicant’s parents (legal representatives) | |
Travel Insurance | * Medical Insurance with minimum coverage on EUR 30,000 |

Purpose of Travel / Accommodation | * Proof that the applicant’s main purpose of journey to Ukraine is tourism (hotel/accommodation booking(s), programme of stay, information on the tour(s) and the tour(s’) timeframes, tourist agency details, transfer details, sightseeing information etc. |
*Letter of invitation from a government body, government institution, state enterprise or government organization. | |
*Petition from the head of a foreign mass media for a foreign correspondent or representative of a foreign media who travels to Ukraine for short-term stay to perform his/her professional duties. |

* Hotel booking confirmation on the letterhead of hotel in Ukraine (Booking.com vouchers are not allowed) | |
* For Private Apartments, rental agreement with the landlord, proof that the landlord is the owner of the property, certificate of the registration of a private unitary enterprise. | |
